Dynamic Yoga

A strong, steady yoga class integrating targeted functional movements with yoga poses for a well-rounded, enjoyable movement practice, which winds down to relaxation and rest.

Slower-Paced Yoga

A slower-paced yoga class focusing on targeted movement fundamentals and simpler yoga poses for a well-rounded, enjoyable movement practice, winding down to relaxation and rest.

Gentle Yoga

A calming and rejuvenating class blending gentle movement, breathing practices and a longer guided relaxation and rest.

Booking Your Class

  • START by selecting your class from the timetable on left hand side. (After your first booking, you will be prompted to create a login password and then you can start at Log-in to book subsequent classes.)
  • To book a Class Pass, start by selecting your class, and then click on class pass. Once you have booked and paid for your class pass, return to the schedule and book onto your first class(es).
  • First Booking: please fill out the brief health questionnaire and read and tick the Disclaimer box which are in the booking process.
  • Profiles Studio is a ‘COVID Secure’ venue with social distancing measures in place. Here are the procedures we are following.
  • Booking Terms: You can cancel or change your class up to 2 hours before the class start time with the fee automatically returned or transferred. With a class pass you can book a class whenever you like, and they don’t need to be booked consecutively. You have 70 days to use a 6x class pass.
