Take some time out from your usual busy schedule to tune into the rejuvenating energy of the Spring Equinox, with friendly community in the peaceful green of the South Downs.
Connect to your body with yoga to stretch and strengthen, enjoy a healthy nourishing lunch, walk together on the Downs, ending the day with slower movement and deep relaxation.
Through practice and discussion we will explore how yoga cultivates interconnectedness, a broadening of perspective and capacity for change and purposeful action in our lives.
1 year minimum yoga experience required.
9:30am-12pm – Dynamic Yoga & Pranayama
12pm- 12;45pm – Delicious healthy lunch
12:45pm-2pm – walk up the Downs
2:00pm-2:30pm – Discussion
2:30pm-4:15pm – Gentle restorative yoga – unwind and deeply relax.
4:15pm-4:30pm – Tea, debrief and reflection.

Westmeston Village Hall Hall in set in fields and woodland with lovely views looking out onto the Downs. The Hall is light, warm and spacious with wooden flooring.
