How to Book Your First Free Class

Hello, and welcome to my yoga classes info for newcomers!

I offer two main styles of class so that you can choose a pace that works best for you.

Slower-Paced Classes

Choose a Slower-Paced Class if you’re new to yoga, or prefer a slower pace, focused on simpler, movement fundamentals, healthy breathing basics and relaxation.

Dynamic Classes

Choose a Dynamic Class if you have some yoga experience and are looking for an active, dynamic exploration of more challenging movements and poses, breathwork and relaxation.

The classes all feel a little different, but they’re all small, friendly and relaxed. I aim to offer you options so that everyone is moving at their own pace, adjusting to their own needs. By the end of class, you’ll feel like you’ve moved your whole body in a really good way! We also do regular guided breath work practices and always end with relaxation.

You can try a FREE first class so that you can see if my style of teaching works well for you.


How to Book Your First Free Class

On my booking page, on the left hand side, click on the date, time and style of class you’d like to try. Your chosen class will be in a yellow bar and look like this:

STEP 2. On the right side of the screen, click the blue Select button next to where it says FREE first class.

STEP 3. Below that, click the blue View selections button. It will look like this:

STEP 4. Once you choose View selections, it will take you to  Book now. Then you will go through the booking system, adding your email, (there are a few clicks to go through)  then to here:

Please read the Disclaimer and tick the box (first booking only)

Please fill in the brief Health questionnaire (first booking only) 

Then click continue.

STEP 5. When you are finished, you will receive a confirmation email like this below:
(If it’s a zoom class you can click on View Details to get your link).

If you need to change or cancel your free first class, please just email me to let me know, or go to ‘Transfer or Cancel your Class’ on the booking page. Thank you.
