The classes all feel a little different, but they’re all small, friendly and relaxed. I aim to offer you options so that everyone is moving at their own pace, adjusting to their own needs. By the end of class, you’ll feel like you’ve moved your whole body in a really good way! We also do regular guided breath work practices and always end with relaxation.
