Choose a Slower-Paced Class if you’re new to yoga, or prefer a slower pace, focused on simpler, movement fundamentals, healthy breathing basics and relaxation.
Choose a Dynamic Class ifyou have some yoga experience and are looking for an active, dynamic exploration of more challenging movements and poses, breathwork and relaxation.

Class Fees: £10 per class for six week block, £12.50 drop in, first class is free
The following are the social distancing and hygiene guidelines we need to follow at Profiles Studio:
Please arrive 5 mins before your class and wait just outside or in the covered car parking area to the right of the building just past the side door. I will come down to let you in. Punctuality is really important with these new guidelines!
Please wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser on the wall as you enter.
Once in the studio, you can remove masks and put your shoes and bags in the marked square by the door, then take your mat & blanket to a marked square in the room. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT. I cannot lend any out.
At the end of the class, please put your mask back on and exit the building via the shop at the front for daytime classes. Side door as you entered for the evening classes.
There is also hand sanitiser in the studio to use before you leave.
The floor is mopped after every class and windows are open on both ideas of the studio allowing a flow of air.

You can cancel or transfer a DROP-IN booked class up to 2 hours before the class start time with the fee automatically returned or transferred (see below for how to do this). After this time, the class fee is non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel or transfer your class on the booking system. If you need help with this, pleaseget in touch.
With a six week block booking at £10 per class, you must use the classes within the six weeks half term block, but if you can’t attend your regular class time, you can book as a free drop-in class to another class if there is space. please email me if you wish to do this.
To Cancel or Transfer a Booked Class
If you need to cancel or transfer any class you have booked, you can do so until 2 hours before the start time of the class.
Just click on your class booking code in the confirmation email. It will look something like this: Booking ref: J H J P S
Then click on ticket options for that class, you will see the option to cancel, or transfer, putting in your revised date and time of class. Then you will receive a new confirmation email.
