Build a consistent yoga practice you love

Life is demanding and busy, and it’s all too easy to put up with physical discomfort - it might be your stiff back, hips, shoulders, neck…..

or to ignore that you’re feeling tired out, wound up or disconnected from yourself.

Even a little yoga practice can transform how you feel everyday

Hello, I’m Justine (she/her)

I support you to build a strong foundation to your yoga practice, providing you with long term movement and wellbeing skills which help you to thrive into midlife.

Skills which mean you can gain so much more from your yoga than some general stretching in a follow-along class or video.

Create a regular part of your day or week which gives you the space to discover more about yourself, transforming how you move and feel, right now and for the long term, so that you can keep on giving your full energy to everything you love to do.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I’m here to as a partner to help you engage with yoga in a thoughtful way which works for you and your life.

A more intentional and adaptable approach to movement & wellbeing

  • Understand how to expand beyond your habitual patterns of moving - to feel stronger, more easeful and capable for all the things you do.

  • Identify which poses and targeted movements best meet your current needs - helping to ease any aches and pains when they happen.

  • Consistently practice techniques to support a centred calm - to better handle all the daily stressors and demands.

  • Develop a regular practice that opens up some vital ‘breathing space’ in your life, so that you can reliably connect to that inner grounding that feels like home.

A Welcoming and Inclusive Yoga Community

My classes provide a space for you to enjoy your yoga, with plenty of accessible options to explore. Classes are not about following along with everything, or expectations of physical performance. Instead, we share our practice with each other, benefitting from the group focus and energy.

I am committed to offering classes with a foundation of mutual respect and care for all our uniqueness and ways of being, inclusive of race, religion, age, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

I pro-actively welcome feedback and act on it as best as I can, to ensure that everyone who I work with feels welcomed and supported to do their practice.
