If you are looking to progress and develop your yoga practice for your long term physical wellbeing and inner resilience for life, you’re in the right place.

I offer you a progressive framework for learning, supportive guidance, and a community to explore the transformative mind-body practices of yoga together.  

Yoga has been my longtime support for physical health, emotional grounding, and self-enquiry from my 20s to my 50s, through the ups and downs of different life challenges.

Through phases of being fit and active, to dealing with injury and challenging times of physical and emotional exhaustion, I’ve had to radically evolve my yoga practice over the years. This led me to learn from and integrate other movement modalities like strength training and functional mobility, and to dive deeper into meditation and somatic practices.

Now I love to support midlife movers to discover a thoughtful and adaptable approach to yoga, responding to your evolving needs, to be able to feel your physical best for the long term.

I share how yoga can help you to be resilient and well in your body (integrating progressive, functional movement skills with yoga poses), helping you to slow down and connect to yourself (with relaxation techniques and meditation), so that you can have the energy, enthusiasm and gentle self support through all kinds of life changes.

For 15 years, I’ve been guiding students right from their first yoga class through to developing their own powerful practice, easily integrated into a busy lifestyle. 

I specialise in turning complex yoga postures and movements into accessible explorations that provide you with more understanding, options and agency to respond to your own needs. 

This approach offers you an enjoyable way to explore being in your body, bringing you back home to the heart of yourself.
