Hello, I’m Justine (she/her)

I help you to develop an enjoyable yoga practice that supports your physical wellbeing and inner resilience for life.

Yoga has been my longtime support for physical health, emotional grounding, and self enquiry, through the ups and downs of different life stages and challenges from my 20s to my 50s. As I’ve had to radically evolve my yoga practice with my life over the years, guiding midlife movers to adapt to their changing physical and wellbeing needs is my forte!

 I share how yoga can support you to be stronger and well in your body (integrating functional movement skills with yoga poses), helping you to slow down and connect to yourself (with relaxation techniques and meditation), providing reliable tools to enable you adapt and thrive through the all the challenges of your life.

For 15 years, I’ve been guiding students right from their first yoga class through to developing their own powerfully supportive practice, well integrated into a busy lifestyle.

I specialise in turning complex yoga postures and movements into accessible explorations that give you more agency to respond to your evolving needs and have you feeling your best.

This approach offers you an empowering and enjoyable way to explore being in your body, bringing you back home to the heart of yourself.
