Slower-Paced Classes
A slower-paced class blending functional movement, yoga poses and relaxation for a well-rounded, enjoyable movement practice.
Choose this class if you are a beginner, prefer a slower pace of yoga, or you are a senior who does some regular physical activity.

Dynamic Classes
A steady-paced class with more physically demanding options and some dynamic flow, winding down with breathwork and relaxation.
Choose this class if you have some yoga experience and want to explore more challenging movement skills and pose options.

To book a half term CLASS PASS scroll down to the end below, buy your PASS (you will get a coupon code), then choose ALL your dates with “select and add another time’. You can transfer dates later if needed.
